Shipping Policy

All Hoop Therapy shirts are made to order and shipped directly from our production company.
When placing your order, please make sure to include the full shipping address where you would like your shirt delivered.

If you are unable to enter your shipping address during checkout, please send me a direct message on Instagram at @hooptherapy_doc. Be sure to include:

Your order number
The correct shipping address

This ensures I can process your order quickly and get your shirt delivered to you without delay.

At Hoop Therapy, every shirt represents a vision and a story. I want you to feel proud wearing yours.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please send me a direct message on Instagram at @hooptherapy_doc with:

A short explanation of what took place

This helps me understand the situation, prevent similar issues in the future, and work with you directly on the best solution.

Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For standard shirts, a full refund may be possible once we’ve discussed the details. For custom shirts, a refund of up to 50% may be offered, and you are welcome to keep the shirt.
